Skoda India started online demo of cars through video call

New Delhi: Due to pandemic customers are reluctant to visit the car showroom and fewer walk-ins at showrooms have encouraged Czech automaker to stat new features for the contactless programme.

As per the Czech automaker, the new feature in their website offers a live consultation suite and contactless virtual product demonstration option.

Car purchase journey is almost digital in Maruti

COVID 19 has forced most of the car manufacturers to go digital to achieve the contactless transaction. Maruti Suzuki country's largest carmaker has integrated and already digitized as many as 21 of the 26 touchpoints in a car purchase journey, including documentation and payments.  

Auto climate control is added in Tata Altroz XT

NEW DELHI: Tata Motors has been constantly upgrading features of different cars to make them a more attractive purchase option. Altroz XT variant has been upgraded with automatic climate control now.

Altroz was launched in January 2020, and its XZ and XZ(O) variants came with an exclusive auto climate control feature.

Maruti Ignis introduces smartplay infotainment in Zeta MT, AMT variants

New Delhi: Maruti has introduced the Smartplay Studio infotainment system in Ignis Zeta MT & AMT variants.

As per the automaker, “The applicable ex-showroom price in Delhi and NCR region for Ignis Zeta MT will be Rs 5,97,820 and Ignis Zeta AMT at Rs 6,44,820.”

Introduced in January 2017, Maruti Ignis is similar to its elder sibling Baleno and comes in four variants of Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha.
