New Delhi: Due to pandemic customers are reluctant to visit the car showroom and fewer walk-ins at showrooms have encouraged Czech automaker to stat new features for the contactless programme.
As per the Czech automaker, the new feature in their website offers a live consultation suite and contactless virtual product demonstration option.
The customers can sign up on the website to avail this service and it can be accessed via video conferencing over smartphones, tablets and computers.

This seamless and secure platform offers the flexibility to choose a Skoda Auto vehicle in a hassle-free and convenient manner at the comfort of one's abode, the company statement added.
Earlier in April, Skoda had announced that it will provide an online booking platform for its entire product line-up and offer consultation programmes, integrating over 80 dealership touchpoints.
