"Extremely harrowing experience"

I booked Hyundai Creta Sx IVT(Silver) on 19th January 2021. And it hasn't been delivered till now. Repeated phone calls and requests have been made but they keep making excuses. They promised to deliver my car within 3 months and its been 7 months. Also, they have told me repeatedly that I should take the car in grey color which I don't want. After all the harassment, they had the audacity of coming to my home on 18th August 2021 and telling me that they will deliver my car on 25/26th August 2021 but I will have to pay a much higher price than promised. And they said that I will get the Chasis no. on 18th itself as the car has started from the plant. On 19th they call me and say that I should take the grey color as silver is not available, then how did they promise earlier that my car has started from Chennai plant? They are a scam. Most probably they have sold my car in black to someone else and they are now just making excuses. On top of it they sent me a message to give them 5 star google review so that they will give me a gift. That means all their google reviews are fake. I feel extremely harassed by them.
