Tata motors in again on tract with a new variant. Tata Motors has recently launched a new variant of the sub 4 meter compact sedan called the Tiger XM.The new ‘XM’ trim sits between the base XE and the second-last XT trims, and is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The deliveries of the Tigor XM will begin from September 15, 2017.
The new Tigor costs about Rs 41,000 more than the base XE petrol and around Rs 30,000 less than the XT petrol variant. And the price difference on the denial variants are same too.
The base XE trim comes with a host of features like the Harman non-touch infotainment system that provides with bluetooth connectivity, app connect and the turn by turn navigation. It also has the 4 speaker system, manual central locking and 4 power window options.
Interesting feature is the speed dependent auto locks, the door lock themselves automatically when the car reaches great speeds.Follow-me-home lamps ,LED fuel gauge,Interior lamps with theatre dimming.
The Tigor shares its powertrain with the Tiago: a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol (85PS/114Nm) and a 1.05-litre Revotorq diesel (70PS/140Nm). Both engines are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
