Mercedez-Benz E-Class Launched @56.15 Lakhs

 

Bringing the concept of longer wheelbase to India for the first time, Mercedez-Benz has let lose its all time favourite E-Class sedan lying in the price bracket of Rs. 56.15-81.42 Lakhs. It is the top choice of Indian buyers, even when the saloon is in its fifth generation. Here is the price list of all the variants that the company has to offer:

On the exterior, the sedan has a fine finesse with a chrome dual-slat grille holding the Mersedez-Benz logo in the middle of it. It is 5,063 mm in length, 1,860 mm wide, 1,494 mm in height with a wheelbase of 3,079 mm owning a ground clearance of 205 mm, making space of 134 mm wider legroom for rear seat occupants. 

Inside, the car is designed with Artico upholstery and black cabin 64 with coloured ambient lighting inside, alongside a high-resolution 12.3-inch with COMMAND system and a 13-speaker 590W Burmester sound system, panoramic sliding sunroof, 3 zone climate control, central console, front and rear door panels, foot positions as well as handle recess. Interestingly, it has a touch pad with distinct settings on the multi functional power steering wheel as well. It offers 540 liters of bootspace for the luggage. 

The car takes serious care of the safety of the passengers with 7 airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control, engine start and stop button, crash sensor, and Electronic Stability Program (ESP). It shall go against BMW 5 Series, Audi A 6, and newly launched Jaguar XF.
