To beat the blues, Zetsche appointed a young designer, Gorden Wagener who gave the cars an elegant and sporty style to limousines and added state-of-the-art digital display technology, luring smartphone-savvy customers. It increased the volume selling of C and E class models of the manufacturers based in Stuttgart. The company is also bringing its 10 new hybrid technology holding cars to India.
