Some major ranks are being shifted in the management of Maruti Suzuki Indian vertical in order to improve their proficiency and task completion time period. And for the same, the company has reshuffled some of the indispensable position holders of the company. Some major changes are enlisted below:
1. Deepak Sethi, Executive Officer of Supply Chain is shifted to Head the Quality Division
2. Sunil Kakkar, who has been looking after Head of Manufacturing till date will take the position of Deepak Sethi in the office
3. AK Tomer, Quality Manager will see the Marketing Division where he will head a new vertical as an Executive Vice President
Apart from these noteworthy reshuffles, some petty changes have also been made in various departments, opening newer subdivisions for a healthy and better working environment in the company by egalitarian work division. The major turnaround has taken place in the Supply Division of the company where most of the work is looked after. Middle-level employees are promoted to a higher level, making the working lane narrower and efficient.
With the Gujarat plant planning to expand volumes to 2 mn units till 2020, the reshuffles see legit and significant at the same time. Even major executive vice presidents of dealerships and service networks are rejigged for the same motive.
