The head of the concept execution, Dr. Pawan Goenka said that he is in a continuous contact with the center and the state, municipal bodies and other private players for setting up a robust EV ecosystem, and is making continuous investments to build up a smart city of intelligent traverse for a better tomorrow.
The CEO of the company, Mahesh Babu said that " With EV 2.0 we have laid out a clear roadmap for electric mobility in India, at par with our global counterparts and are future ready to set out for the next phase of our EV journey”. Their plan shall input heavily in the construction of high-end electric powertrains, motor controllers, systems integration and battery technology. A fleet of all-electric vehicles has also begun in Nagpur for a cleaner transportation via taxis and power stations have also been set up at nearest distances so as to reduce driver's concern over the battery backups. They have a futuristic approach towards the auto sector and clearly demarcate the switch from already existing diesel and petrol-based vehicles and the increasing trend of hybrids and all-electric vehicles.
