After announcing the Ignis launch in January 2017, Maruti has now come up with the news of adding a new RS variant to its Baleno legacy, another hot hatchback offering in 2017.
Baleno RS, which is likely to give a tough competition to the Polo GT and Fiat Punto Abarth is going to come up with the Suzuki’s 1.0 liter BoosterJet turbo petrol engine which is estimated to develop 110bhp and a maximum torque of 170Nm.
Maruti is likely to offer a manual as well a CVT transmission in this new hatchback.
Interiors are likely to be elegant with a well-mounted steering and a refurbished dashboard. The company will also offer SmartPlay infotainment system, which will be ios and android friendly.
Available in 6 magnificent colours - granite grey, fire red, premium silver, autumn orange, premium urban blue and ray blue, the car is an eye catcher!
The car will arrive soon between February 2017 with an expected price tag of Rs. 8 lakh - Rs. 9.5 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
