Hyundai Reveals Its Scheduled Launches Till 2020

The car major from South Korea, Hyundai Motorworks has recently been making headlines with its next line ups. In this quarter of 2017, it has recorded a good sales growth of 8.1%. Now, the manufacturers shared their plans to launch following cars in our country till 2020:

-After the launch of Tucson's updated AWD version, the Grand i10 facelift will be launched.This is expected to be launched in may with 2.0-litre diesel engine controlled via 6-speed AT gearbox. It might cost around 1 lakh more than its equivalent 2WD option. 

-The company will also unveil its Ioniq saloon based on the fully hybrid concept in the 2018 auto expo. It will be eligible for the FAME subsidy and bring in fully electricity based vehicles in India. It might cost around Rs. 50 lakhs. 

-The company might revive its previous times' bestselling in small cars segment, Santro updated to moniker version. 

-Facelift for the Xcent compact sedan will be the next in line. It is expected to have cosmetic changes majorly like a new rear-end. 

-Hyundai is keenly working on the crossover Kona that shall go on sales in Europe first. It is expected to be launched by 2020. 

-The updated version of Verna and Creta belonging to C-segment sedan in its fourth generation will also be seen towards the end of the year. the makers claim to have brought about prominent changes both at the outside and inside fronts but mechanically it is expected to remain the same as the current model.
