Ever heard of Cars moving over magnetic roads? The vehicle shall run on electricity that will generate magnetic field responsible for the high speed movement of the vehicle, which is much faster as compared to mechanical transit vehicles of today. The concept was given by Slovakian designer Matúš Procháczka It shall move over a magnetic road that shall make directional changes with timed magnetic push and pulls and the only energy input shall be for the drag of the vehicle. The vehicle is named Maglev, expanding to MAGnetic LEVitation.
The biggest advantage of this vehicle is its friction free transportation. It is lifted above the ground and propels with magnetic waves, thus bringing in lot of efficiency as it is devoid of mechanical parts' serviced due to wear and tear or fuel inputs.
The major problem is it high constructional cost, as it has negligible maintenance cost, and building magnetic roads for its traversing. This concept has seen successful execution in S. Korea, China and Japan in the form of trains but the regular vehicular transportation incorporated via passenger vehicles still needs a revolutionary change in the facade of the overall transportation culture.
Once the car is made for the 21st century millennials, it shall be noise free and cost effective. It will be very light as it shall require only an electromagnetic generator for its propulsion.
