The First Ever Flying Car On Sales

 

Yay! Yay! Yay! What seemed to be the future of transportation has finally taken the shape of the present! The very first car that can fly has been launched by the Dutch automaker PAL V. It will be available in two models, namely Liberty Sport and Liberty Pioneer. They are priced at $ 4 lakh (Rs. 2.7 crores) and $ 6 lakhs (Rs. 4.01 crore). For now, the units manufactured are only 90 in number.
 

Structurally, the car will have two wheels at the back and one in the front, just like a flight and a rotor blade at its top which can be folded inside when running on roads. It has 2 engines and a gyrocopter aircraft aerodynamics. It has the seating capacity of two. 

On the ground, the Liberty is capable of moving at a top speed of 161km/hr and can go from zero to 100km/hr in nine seconds. It has a range of 1,315km and fuel efficiency of 11.1km/liter. It can deliver a power of 100.3 hp.
 

 

There will also be a provision of driver's training program as the electronic drive instrument system and settings of operating the vehicle are different from the standard automotive that exist at present. Neither is there a news of the construction of airstrips that fit the takeoff and landings of the flying car. Liberty requires take-off space of around 90-200x200 meters without obstacles. 
 

 

It is expected to be purchased in Europe first. Though, there are no traffic rules for flying cars or anything mentioned about how the cars shall be used for traversing when its number shall increase.
