Scheme that allows you to buy your car for FREE!

Yes, you read it right. Soon you may be able to buy your car for free. The government is working on a scheme to provide Electric cars on zero down payments. The main aim of the scheme is to turn India a 100% electric vehicle nation by 2030.

Power minister Piyush Goyal stated, "India can become the first country of its size which will run 100 percent of electric vehicles. We are trying to make this programme self-financing. We don't need one rupee support from the government. We don't need one rupee investment from the people of India."

Elaborating further, he said, "We are working (on the scheme). Can we actually give electric car for free (zero down payment) and people can pay for that out of the savings on the petroleum products. Innovation is possible; it just needs an open mind. You need to think of scale and be honest."

So people can buy cars for free using the following tips:-

  1. Scheme Allows You to Take Home Your Electric Car for FREE!
By free we mean at zero down payment. In order to encourage people to buy electronic cars and to reach the threshold of making India a 100% electronic vehicle by 2030, the government is keen on developing a scheme that allows you to take your electronic vehicle for zero down payment.
  2. Pay EMIs Out of the Money You Save on Petrol After You Possess Your Electric Car.

Petrol is expensive than electricity. An electric car not only helps you to save your money that you spend on these expensive fossil fuels but also help you pay your EMIs for the new vehicle.

  1. Take Your Car Home at the Cost of Your Mobile Bill

The scheme lets you take home your car for FREE. All you need to pay is just a few bucks and you may drive home your Electric car.

  1. Earn Interest on the Amount That You Would Have Otherwise Used as Your Down Payment

You could earn interest on the amount that you would have paid for your down payment for buying another petrol or diesel vehicle. The interest so earned would further help you to pay your EMIs tension free.

Note :-
The scheme is yet to be passed. The above information is an understanding of how the scheme could benefit the people
