Hyundai India inaugurates its 5th Global Quality & Training Center

Hyundai Motors India (HMIL), India’s second largest carmaker has opened its 5th Quality & Training Center globally in India. This center has been opened to serve the Indian market on basis of quality and skills training.

HMIL has always been aiming to delight their customers and meet their high expectations from the company by producing world-class products which are well-matched on quality as well as price point. This motive has been the driving force behind opening of the new Quality & Training Center in Faridabad, Haryana.

HMIL has been successful in providing complete customer satisfaction through its Pan-India service network of more than 1,200 touch-points. In order to provide unmatched service to customers, the dealership manpower has to be trained with the latest technologies and skills for which, the Training Center is addressed. This center will cater to 15,000+ dealership manpower which is the Hyundai face to the customer who visits the Hyundai Dealership.
