"Very poor service and response"

I gave my polo diesel car for a regular service. service charges was 3 times higher when compared to last year. i surprised and asked the service engineer. he had not responded correctly. when i inquired about the reason i found that the service charges are based on 2 parts. one is the rate per hour. 2nd is the time. the service people in the ambattur branch are mis-using this time, putting more time of work and billing more. but they are saying that it is sofware drivven. this not true. even the compliant manager is also hiding this. But the alandur branch is very good. Infact my car is not starting at all when i received my car after service. no response from the service center.
