To attract customers another loyalty program from Maruti

Lockdown and Kovid19 have changed the auto market in India completely. Automakers have not witnessed such a negative growth and loss of business ever. This is the worst time for automakers in India. Maruti Suzuki country's biggest carmaker with the highest market share in the car market has relaunched its loyalty program for customers. Under this program or scheme, the manufacturer wants to encourage customers by providing them rewards to the product or services that they buy from the dealerships.

The idea behind this program is to create a customer community at the dealer level, customers get rewarded every time when they make any kind of purchase at the dealer or get their car serviced, or even referring Maruti products to any friend or family. This new scheme is offered to all the customers who buy vehicles from Maruti’s Arena and Nexa dealerships. The same scheme is available for customers opting for used cars via True Value dealerships.

Unlike the last scheme where physical cards were offered this time program is completely digital, customers will get card in a digital form on the phone, managing and maintaining the loyalty account will be much easier for customers.
